The mixed use urban development consists of 63 apartments and 8,700 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Urban Anthology represented the property owner in the leasing of the retail space to World Street Kitchen, Regla de Oro Gallery and Pharmacie Home.

The property sits on the primary gateway point to Minneapolis and the Western Suburbs. While located on a heavily trafficked intersection, it still embraces and caters to its adjacent Fern Hill neighborhood.
The building is the first freestanding drive through coffee shop in the City of Saint Louis Park.

Developed in 2007, the Grand Ole Creamery building is the sister property to the adjacent Caribou Coffee building. The property sits on the gateway intersection to the spectacular recreation areas of Lake Nokomis and the Minnehaha Falls Parkway.
The building was formerly a shuttered Dairy Queen with significant structural and contamination issues. To add to its complications the building fell within an intensive FEMA flood zone, with newly stringent regulations in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
Facing these challenges the building was demolished to its bare structure and then rebuilt for the Minneapolis home of the award winning Grand Ole Creamery.

To add to its complications the building fell within an intensive FEMA flood zone, with newly stringent regulations in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
Facing these challenges, Urban Anthology worked closely with Caribou Coffee Company to construct the first drive through coffee shop in the City of Minneapolis.

Developed in 2006, the Abitare Building is the sister building to Hi Fi Sound and a former cold storage building for a fruit vender at the Minneapolis Farmers market. Built adjacent to the ruins of an old asphalt shingle manufacturing building that burned down in the 1970's. Great care was taken to maintain the integrity of the site and to not compromise the adjacent structure. The building required a complete rebuilding, maintaining only the basic shell. The building blends in seamlessly with the adjacent property and was a catalyst to the revitalization of Minneapolis' Market District.

Developed in 2006, the Hi Fi Sound Building was a former cold storage building for a fruit vender at the Minneapolis Farmers market. Built on the ruins of a asphalt shingle manufacturing building that burned down in the 1970's. The site was a complicated redevelopment faced with environmental challenges, along with buried ruins. With the complications came the salvage of beauty. A number of the old relics of the former building were retained and stand as a testament to what was once there. The crowning feature of the development is a 15 foot sculpture by world renown artist Zoran Mojsilov.

Fire Station 28 was built in 1914 in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. The station was the second-to-last station originally built by the city. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. Urban Anthology represented the property owner in the leasing of the building to D'Amico & Sons Restaurant.

Its unique design incorporates a 75 foot skylight, roof top green roof, and second story outdoor patio.
