Developed in 2010, The Apple Store building was one of the most awarded real estate developments in Minnesota. Winner of both the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association project of the year.

There are very few developments and retailers that have the potential to transform a commercial area. The Apple Store building was one of them. Its unique design incorporates a 75 foot skylight, roof top green roof, and second story outdoor patio. Additionally it is the only Apple Store in the state to have a full floor dedicated towards business to business services.

It stands as a glass jewel in Uptown Minneapolis and is a catalyst to attracting additional retailers wanting to be in its presence.
