Developed in 2009, the Columbia Sportswear building was nominated by the Minneapolis Saint Paul Business Journal as one of the best real estate developments of the year.

Incorporating the first green roof garden in a commercial building in Uptown Minneapolis, it set an example for future retail development in the area.

The building was designed and built for the internationally recognized outdoor apparel retailer Columbia Sportswear, as their first store in the Midwest and their fourth flagship retail store in the nation.
