Developed in 2013, the Spill The Wine building was nominated by the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Business Journal as one of the best real estate developments of the year.

The historic building housed one of the most notable hobby stores in the City of Minneapolis, and its redevelopment uncovered unique gems such as a post World War II fire door. The careful attention given to the building details was enhanced using the nationally recognized local architectural firm Alchemy Architects.

Spill The Wine is an award winning wine bar featuring eclectic wines from locally owned small vineyards.
