Developed in 2005, the Starbucks Building is a unique and creative adaptive use of a former bank building.

The property sits on the primary gateway point to Minneapolis and the Western Suburbs. While located on a heavily trafficked intersection, it still embraces and caters to its adjacent Fern Hill neighborhood.

The building is the first freestanding drive through coffee shop in the City of Saint Louis Park.
